2024 CSA: Cheese Share (23 weeks)

Each week, enjoy one of a rotating variety of fresh and aged farmstead cheeses from our friends at Chaseholm Farm and other local creameries. Treat yourself while supporting a female, queer owned an operated Hudson Valley business!

What is included: 

1 block of cheese each week

VARIETIES:  

• Nimbus- devastatingly delicious triple cream
• Stella Vallis- tomme style, raw milk cheese
• Alpage- nutty, buttery gruyere style cheese
• Chaseholm Camembert- classic and creamy bloomy rind 
• Moonlight- an ashed cheve style cheese, with light youthful flavor
• Farmer's Cheese- simple, spreadable fresh cheese
• Plus more from other local creameries.

How it works: 

Our CSA distribution is operated market-style at our farm so that households can choose what they like and will eat. Cheese shares will be available at the check-in table. Members will pick up weekly on either Tuesdays (2:30 - 6:30PM) or Saturdays (9-12PM). You will use the name given at checkout to sign in at distribution. 

Cost: 

The retail price of this share is $253 up front for 23 weeks (or about $11 per week).
